Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries in the world. Due to customs being different for each country, delivery times vary.

How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to.

Our standard US shipping cost is 4.99 unless you order a large amount of weight.

On FREE promotional items shipping starts at 8.99 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.

International shipping starts at 6.99 depending on order size.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Nova One+ partners with merchants and artisans all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers and to provide you the best prices and a unique shopping experience.

Because we ship directly from our partners, so not everything comes from the US, your item may take 10-15 business days to arrive US, and 15-21 business days international.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. So please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way.

Here’s the estimated shipping time after your order has been processed and item has been dispatched:

• To US: 8-13 days
• International: 2-4 weeks

The order processing time normally takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes be a little bit longer (rarely).

Nova One+ is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won’t find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here in the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufactures designing the coolest stuff.

What payment method can I use?

Currently we accept almost any kind of credit or debit card with Stripe and PayPal. When paying using PayPal, you don't need to have a PayPal account. When you check out, choose the option "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and then process with your card.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Our default currency is in US Dollar. But you can purchase with your currency by choosing "Pay in your currency using PayPal conversion rate".

Do you ship to P.O Box, APO/FPO Address?

Sorry, we don't ship to PO box, APO/FPO addresses.
