Blockages in your sewage pipes cannot only be a serious inconvenience; it can cost you an exorbitant amount of money for a plumber to come out and fix. Clean out your sewer pipes on your own for a fraction of the price with this Sewage Dredge Cleaning Tool. The tool works like a professional dredge and can have your pipes cleaned in no time and at half the cost.
The Sewage Dredge Cleaning Tool features a four-meter-long stainless steel braided cord that extends down into the pipes using a twist crank that self-feeds the cord. As the cord extends, it effortlessly navigates the many corners of the pipe to find the blockage. Once it has, the spiral head latches onto it so that you can pull it back out with ease. How it works?
Start by determining where you can access the drain.
Release the cable lock and begin feeding the cable down the drain by hand to reach the clog.
When cable will not feed further into the drain, the cable is likely stuck against an elbow or joint in the pipe or may have already reached the clog, stop trying to feed more cable.
Instead, lock the cable using the cable locking device and rotate the drum clockwise while pushing the drum toward the drain to help the cable through the obstruction.
Take your time in navigating the pipe. It’s going to take you some time to reach the clog.
Once the cable has cleared the obstruction, resume feeding the cable down the drain to reach the clog.
Once the clog has been reached, continue to rotate the drum clockwise to tip of the auger bore through the clog.
Continue to feed the cable and lock the cable down to navigate through the pipe as necessary until all clogs are cleared.
Once the clog is cleared you will need to manually feed the cable back into the drum.
